==December 20== Man, I can't believe it's been a whole year and a bit since I touched this site. Time sure does fly. Obviously, I won't go into too much detail here, but needless to say, the last year has been a real rough one for me. Not to say there wasn't any good in there, but it sure was kinda hard to find! But after it all, I think I'm ready to get back in the saddle of making this website again, keeping up with my (relatively) new SpaceHey page, and making videos! Speaking of videos, prior visitors to the site will notice that the videos page is now back under construction, after previously housing links (or one link, I should say) to YouTube; for the time being, I've unlisted that initial first video from last year, and I'm looking to retool it a bit -- and perhaps cut it up into segments as well so I can upload those to my new VidLii account! I'll cut this short so I don't blather on too long, but I've completed a new channel trailer that I'm really happy with, and as it stands right now? Despite some personal setbacks, I've started to feel pretty reloaded lately! I'm full of ideas, new perspective, and a bunch of what you might call creative vigor! I don't know to what extent that'll translate into regular site updates (I'm sure as hell gonna try!) but I hope it carries through the new year and beyond! ==September 23== Quite a lot of changes today! I've re-tooled this page (Updates) so that very short updates will be shown in full, but larger ones will be truncated and redirect to their own entry page. You can check this out with the September 20th entry below. I've also put the FrontPage disclaimer on all pages, put together a template page for longer update entries (not incredibly interesting for you folks, but handy for me on the backend) and put up the first poll! You can submit your answer on the POLLS page now! I think it's open indefinitely, but I'm not 100% sure. I'll need to figure out a better way to embed and archive polls if I can, as well as figure out how to do cell padding on a single cell and not a whole table, since I haven't gotten that to work yet, and having the padding on the buttons frame looks wack. UPDATE TO THE UPDATE: Once again neglected doing as much editing as I should have done today (still did some, and some VO stuff!) to fill out the LINKS page! It'll be added to over time, of course, but I'm happy with it for a first pass!
==September 20== Okay, here we go! Finally made some real progress on this thing. I built the skeleton of the site a couple days ago. Got a background and stuff that I like, which was partly inspired by the Hellbender user guide (pictured below) |
